First Day on the Job
Trainees are taken through simulation for the first day on the job for an agriculture specialist. The training was developed using Storyline 360 and allows the trainee to go through the decision making and inspection techniques utilized to complete a spongy moth inspection.

Sometimes, specialists transfer from one inspection environment to another environment. Learning the new environment is important but the specialists don't return to the academy. This gamified scenario based training provides practice to the specialists at all levels.

Storyline 360 provided the flexibility to create a user controlled gamified training for a scenario based training.

Mayer's Principle of Personalization features prominently in the scenario. Learner control is heavily used in the training allowing the trainee to build and construct new knowledge for utilization later. ​
