Making the determination if a training should be created is the first step in your process design. This project gives an idea of the steps as well as the levels of evaluation which trainings should document for the company who wants to make sure that a training delivers success results and enhances employee performance. This project includes the training, training materials, trainer guide and the evaluation document and is planned to last at least 8 hours..

I was out for surgical recovery and learned that the specialists had mistakenly written a penalty for regulated garbage. It was abundantly clear that their basic knowledge had more than a few gaps. This training was designed to provide a deeper instruction into an extremely important and high risk topic.

As an instructor led training, PowerPoint was used for the presentations but group taskings and discussions feature prominently in the training.

The goal of this training is to allow the specialists to construct a more complete knowledge of this topic.
